According to Bible scholars,

 

there are verses that say

 

God is watching over us.

 

But when so many things

 

went wrong in my personal life,

 

I closed the door on God.

 

He had abandoned me.

 

I no longer believed in God,

 

so it didn't matter

 

that I closed the door.
